Photo editing and Nutella...

This year is all about learning new things, taking myself out of my comfort zone et into the light of a new adventure.

Before I graduate from london college of fashion, I aim to learn as many new things from them as I can (may as well get my £6,000 moneys worth eh?!). So I've been signing up to as many workshops as I can manage alongside my extremely demanding course.

One of them is photoshop...so I sat down with three cups of tea and a pile of nutella on toast and started working on an image...turns out I'm learning quickly!

I focused on evening out the skin tones in this self portrait below taken on my SLR.
Skin tone effects and messing around with the light et contrast was about as far as I got...I've got a lot to learn still!

I'm happy with the results, it's really accentuated the pale complexion of my skin...thumbs up!

i treated myself to some pretty red flowers the next day ;)

I never thought I would be able to find my way around such complex programmes before (I'm no computer whiz), but it shows that if you really want something, even if it's something small like learning photoshop, then the more you want it et focus on achieving it, the easier it will come.

Ciao!
